Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. The fastest way is via your customer account: select the order and request a return or withdrawal. Alternatively, write to us at info@cliparox.com or via WhatsApp. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the amount using your original payment method – no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
